This week’s mid-week post looks a little different, we’re trying something new. Introducing the first addition of Relay’s Shared Album, a photo essay/zine of sorts.

As mentioned in last week’s Every Friday, the Relay crew and significant others got together in Nashville, TN for the long Memorial Day Weekend. Below is the weekend, portrayed in 35mm film presented roughly in the order it occurred.

Day/Night 1: None Of The Creatives In Nashville Work On A Friday

Day/Night 2: Broadway Lite

After brunch at Redheaded Stranger (where James got a burrito & burger), we stopped for drinks at Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse. It feels like the perfect crossover of Nashville hipsters & middle-aged dads

a $30 Aperol Spritz or five Pacificos: the boys voted five pacificos

we start on Broadway at Robert’s Western World who recently stole the PBR crown after a 10 year reign

the guy with the fu manchu was with us /s

girls go hat shopping

and the boyfriends wear the hats

Jack tells the group one poorly crafted lie

Dolly has seen better days. I (Zach) spilled an entire Frozen Amaretto Sour on my pants

Dino’s Restaurant is an institution (and the oldest dive bar in Nashville), we went twice

Skinny Dennis allows absolutely no line dancing and thank god because we have no clue what we’re doing

Day/Night 3: Kickback Canceled

Benni bought some cowboy boots, I’m (Zach) turning her into an American, one step at a time

James won pig twice, no one made the long ball over the roof

mother nature forced the kickback under the garage

short story 1/4: tequila shots right before James lit a cig in the house

short story 2/4: beerymid lightly targeting james

short story 3/4: multiple sleeps before going out

short story 4/4: james danced with the girlfriends + boyfriend fueled by 4 coffee drinks

the fit I (macke) returned to New York in after 3 days in Nashville

there was a tongue length debate thank god macke caught it on film

do not arm wrestle jack he can cook
