Our third edition of the Relay Shared Album: Charleston. Three of the Relay gang met up with old friends for the Fourth of July this year (James was sorely missed). All on 35mm film, courtesy of Zach.
The photos are presented unedited, freshly back from the lab, roughly in the order they occurred in.
Thursday with the Charleston River Dogs
We started things off attending the local baseball game. The Dogs didn’t clinch the victory unfortunately, but the beer was cold and the locals were packed in.
Friday the Fourth

Saturday on Sullivan’s Island
My favorite area of the trip, for sure. This was everyone’s first time in Charleston, and Sullivan’s Island is Charleston exactly as I imagined it would be.
Our group is famous for the last minute planning of these trips. It always seems to come together in just the nick of time, this weekend was no different. We all agreed Charleston exceeded each of our expectations. A great way to spend the Fourth of July, I only wish that we would have had another day.
As always, let us know below what you think of the third edition of the new Relay format, and any other comments you have. Zach busted out the AI itinerary once again and it did not disappoint.
Thanks for mega scrolling all the way down here.
The internet is an overwhelming mess of headlines, ads, and mid takes from the worst people you know. Big Tech owns our attention spans. Everything is content. Nothing makes sense.
We’re not here to “fix discourse” or “build a better internet.” Relay is just our attempt to riff on what we’re already talking about at happy hour without feeling like we’ve been hit by a content truck. Some analysis, some memes, call it a day.

Notes from the weekend:
- wish I would've bought a river dogs jersey
- top 3 worst heartburn of my entire life July 5th
- we did in fact put down a 90 degree 10am July 4th 5k
- always trust that your late night uber eats order is on the way in Charleston
