man, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this. I think it is easier to "feel like the fullest version of yourself" when you are engaged in activities you loved. But as you said "introspection" and even doing nothing for a season is just as important and I would argue is still YOU. It's just you at different times, environment, circumstance.
