man, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this. I think it is easier to "feel like the fullest version of yourself" when you are engaged in activities you loved. But as you said "introspection" and even doing nothing for a season is just as important and I would argue is still YOU. It's just you at different times, environment, circumstance. The trick is not to lose you in the "depression" of winter. I think there is truth to the intentionality of seasons. winter being a time to reflect and plan and dream while summer hums with the activity of doing and oftentimes is when we get to see the "fruits of our labor." "the goal isn't perfect equilibrium across seasons, but rather a more continuous thread of fulfillment woven throughout the year." what a way to end it.
